Self Catering Accommodation

We have two exclusive villas in this luxury resort. Villa 3512 is in the main "village" close to all the action. Villa 403 is larger with more privacy and its own private facilities.

Villa 3512:
This four bed-roomed, three bath-roomed villa is set just behind the dunes - so the magic sound of the sea is always there! Villa 3512 is just a short walk from the beach entrance and is set on the edge of a private waterway. The villa is fully air conditioned, has two double bedrooms (both en-suite) and two bedrooms with two single beds (allowing for sleeping accommodation of eight).

The modern kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge and is well kitted out. This flows directly into the dining area making for a great entertainment area. The TV lounge flows out onto a beautiful balcony which has built in braai, and outdoor bar fridge and patio table/chairs.

The downstairs bedrooms have their own private balcony - for you own private sun tanning! Villa 3512 is rated 4 bed roomed superior.

Villa 403:
Villa 403 is truly a magnificent villa! It is fully air-conditioned and has four bedrooms, all of them en-suite. In addition it features a games area with pool table, dart board and an all-couch TV (with DStv) viewing area! Add to this the table tennis table, plunge pool, built in braai and private patio - this is a holiday delight.

The kitchen is truly modern with double door fridge (with ice-maker), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and is beautifully kitted out with numerous extra mod cons. The dining room includes two wine coolers/bar fridges. Villa 403 is set aside in the exclusive "De Heuwel" section of San Lameer affording more privacy. However it is still an integral part of the San Lameer estate with all the facilities on your doorstep. This Villa is rated "4 bed-roomed luxury".
