10 La Mer is an up market 3 bedroom unit ideally situated in the front row overlooking the Ballito promenade. This self-catering duplex has up market tasteful furnishings and sleeps maximum 6 persons.

Accommodation

The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen and the third has twin single beds. The upper landing and downstairs have separate air-conditioners and ceiling fans.

The downstairs fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a dishwasher, double-door fridge as well as a microwave. There is a satellite dish with a DSTV decoder, (however you are required to bring your own smart card). All linen is provided including bath towels. You are required to bring beach towels.

This unit is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. This unit is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There is also a baby – sitting service in the area. Please contact Margaret for their number/s.

The unit also has an automated garage leading into the dining-room area. There is also an extra open visitors parking. The garden has a gate which has direct access onto the Ballito promenade, rock pools and Clarks Bay public beach with life-guards. Dolphin and whale watching decks are a short walk along the promenade.

LaMer10 is within easy walking distance to your local Spar, Spur, ATM, hairdresser, beauty spa, pubs and restaurants.
