The Getaway Guesthouse is an exclusive establishment offering superior accommodation in Amanzimtoti. We have spectacular sea and breaker views overlooking the Amanzimtoti coastline. Whales and dolphins are frequent visitors and the spectacular sardine run occurring late June / July. The Getaway Guesthouse offers a personalized service and can assist with all your requirements.

Accommodation

We have 9 rooms, individually and tastefully decorated with luxury duck feather duvets and pillows. All rooms have DSTV, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, safe, hospitality tray and hair dryers. Most bedrooms have private balconies with spectacular sea views. Our executive suite has its own lounge and the Honeymoon suite comes complete with Hollywood bathroom and Jacuzzi.

Folding doors opens from rooms, lounge and dining area to a magnificent vista. Rooms are non-smoking but smoking is allowed on balconies.

Facilities

We have a licenced pub and smoking lounge with a large flat screen TV. We have a secure parking area, wireless internet and a large braai area. We serve full English breakfast with South African fruits, and can also provide evening meals, laundry service, and airport collection & return.

We are particularly business friendly being close to the airport (9 km), Southgate Industrial Park (2 km), Prospecton (5 km), and Durban Central (25 km).
