5 Koljander Apartment has beautiful sea views and is situated in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of a secluded beach and the Manaba Tidal Pool. Access to Koljander is by means of a remote controlled security gate. Secure parking under cover and a parking bay are provided.

Self Catering Accommodation

The flat sleeps a maximum of four people. It has recently been completely refurbished with a modernised kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is tastefully decorated. There is an open plan sitting / dining room with a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter and bar stools. There are French doors opening out onto a large balcony with table and chairs. Both the lounge and main bedroom doors are secured by Trellidoors.

The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). There are ample built-in cupboards. French doors open out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds with en suite bathroom (bath, shower, basin and toilet) and built-in cupboards.

Facilities

Linen is provided; however you need to bring your own bath and swimming towels. A coin operated laundromat is available on the ground floor. A maid is available to make beds and wash dishes, by prior arrangement.

No open fires / BBQ’s are permitted on the balcony. There is a secure communal swimming pool and braai area for use by residents only.
