In immaculate condition due to total refurbishment, this triplex penthouse offers you granite kitchen open plan living and patio with seaview and also offers you six seater dining room. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and crockery to serve six people. Also provided is a LCD TV, DSTV extra view, full bouquet (no card required)

The main bedroom is spacious (double bed) with ceiling fan, bar fridge, kettle and 37” LCD TV, DSTV with extra view, full bouquet (no card required) and it also has a lock-up safe. The main bedroom opens onto a large patio with two relaxing loungers overlooking the sea. there is a big shower, toilet and basin to complete this level.

The middle floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds both leading onto a patio with sea views. A bathroom completes this floor.

There is a secure pool and braai area in the complex. The apartment includes a lock-up garage and extra parking for additional vehicles. Its also serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
