100 Nkwazi \ Accommodation in Zinkwazi

100 Nkwazi is a luxurious symphony of stainless steel, glass and granite. A new, modern, upmarket home in which you can relax and realise your holiday dreams. There are views of the ocean from every room and it is only a short stroll to the beach.

Self Catering Accommodation

The upper level has 4 spacious, tastefully decorated suites all fitted with quality linen. The palatial main suite is air-conditioned and offers en-suite his and hers facilities. Soak in the bath while whale watching, listen to music or read a book from the complimentary library while relaxing on the king size sleigh bed.

The other three double suites are all en-suite and have a bath and shower. Complimentary toiletries are provided on arrival. Bath and beach towels are supplied. Two suites have king size beds and one has a queen bed. All the suites have dressing tables, hairdryers, remote controlled fans and ample cupboard space. The third suite has a TV with DVD player (which also views the satellite channels). The second and third suites open up onto the patio and all the rooms have views of the ocean. A camp-cot is available on request.

The middle level consists of the open-plan living area and overlooks the rim-flow swimming pool to the ocean. It consists of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with ample fridge/freezer space (a separate scullery houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) bar serving area, 8 seater marble dining table, informal lounge and an indoor atrium and water feature.

Facilities

Relax in the formal lounge while listening to music or watching a movie on the Bose DTS sound system. There is a dual view decoder (Compact Smartcard provided). This area opens up onto the two balconies on which you can soak up the sun or cool off in the rim-flow swimming pool. Patio chairs and recliners are provided along with towels and a guest cloakroom services this level. For your outdoor cooking there is a gas barbeque and a Weber braai.

The ground level has a private access controlled entrance with a triple remote controlled garage for your vehicles. The property is fully walled, has a security system with armed response and garden perimeter beams for your added peace of mind. For your convenience a lock-up safe is provided for your personal valuables.

Service

The home will be serviced daily by your host (not optional), so washing dishes and general housework will be taken care of for you. Laundry and baby-sitting facilities are available on request. Airport transfers are available on request.

Please Note

Our home is a smoke-free zone but you are welcome to smoke on any of the balconies.

Zinkwazi

Come and spoil yourself in the subtropical lagoon and beach paradise of Zinkwazi only 25 minutes from the new International airport opening in May 2010 and 85 km’s north of Durban. The pristine swimming beach is protected and the 8 km long lagoon and tidal pools are wonderful for the children.

Zinkwazi is in close proximity of 4 prestigious golf courses and en-route to exclusive game reserves. With over 250 recorded species of birds and being home of the Fish Eagle, Zinkwazi is the ideal getaway for avid bird watchers. Deep-sea fishing, boating, canoeing, water skiing, bowls, tennis, squash and walking trails all within 5 km. Zinkwazi is a 3G Enabled Area and also has an Internet Cafe. This peaceful village is the ideal place for a well deserved break.
